Return policy

Unfortunately ChakraVibes is unable to accept returns of items purchased, with the exception of damage and defective goods. If an item arrives damage or defective, please reach out to ChakraVibes via email at contact@chakraavibes.com

ChakraVibes will issue refunds or exchangeson a case-by-case basis. The return and/or exchange request will be preocessed as soon as possible. If accepted, most returns and/or exchanges are processed within 7 business days.

Payments

ChakraVibes accepts Payment through the applications and payment methods provided through ShopPay, Paypal, AfterPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards. ChakraVibes is not liable for the practices or technologies employed by these third-party companies to process the personal payment information required for a transaction and purchase of ChakraVibes product(s).

Acceptance of Orders

The debit or credit card details you give to ChakraVibes will be validated before your order can be accepted. Payment will be charged to your account before dispatch of your order. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, ChakraVibes will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. ChakraVibes cannot and will not accept checks or money orders.

Product Availability:

ChakraVibes does not guarantee the availability of its Products at the time of order placement. If a Product is not available, ChakraVibes will provide you notice and provide an opportunity for substitue products of process a refund.
